Section 32A
Trust May Work As A Debenture Trustee
(1) Trust may perform function as a trustee relating to the debenture issued or to be issued by a corporate body.
(2) While performing function of a Trustee pursuant to Sub -Section
(1) Trust shall meet the procedure as prescribed.
